At, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all local (within Malaysia) delivery, with a minimum purchase of RM80.

Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. understands that getting your item quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When ordering from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days.

For all orders made before 10 am daily, we will ship the item on the same day (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

International orders are shipped via express international courier – approximately 7-14 working days.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse. Item must have original tag attached to it, unwashed, unaltered and in unworn condition. Returns will be accepted if delivered back within:

a) 90 days from arrival of package for local delivery.
b) 90 days from arrival for overseas delivery

Returns are allowed EXCEPT for the following:

a) Accessories including jewellery, inner and accessories are non-returnable.

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you STORE CREDIT COUPON of the item value. If you have any other enquiries or feedback, please do not hesitate to email us at

Our working hours are weekdays from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied in the morning of the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.



Example: You would like to return a dress worth RM100, you will receive a store credit coupon worth RM 100 meaning you will be refunded in the form of store credit for the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.


What should I do when I received a defect item/ wrong item/ missing item?
